Why are GPS units so much trouble.
I bought a Garmin Nuvi 5 or so years ago that worked most of the time,but occasionally went beserk.On our Christmas trip to South Carolina,it routed us one way going south and another way going north....

Most of them require a little fine tuning, but afterwards work fine. Check your settings and be sure it is to your liking.
