Why are GPS units so much trouble.
I bought a Garmin Nuvi 5 or so years ago that worked most of the time,but occasionally went beserk.On our Christmas trip to South Carolina,it routed us one way going south and another way going north....

It is because the English woman can't read Us maps, and drives on the wrong side of the roads. That makes all the directions backward.
