Why are GPS units so much trouble.
I bought a Garmin Nuvi 5 or so years ago that worked most of the time,but occasionally went beserk.On our Christmas trip to South Carolina,it routed us one way going south and another way going north....

Actually most of the GPS's will store something similar to that, but it's not a route, and the GPS can't use it to navigate with.
