Why bother sending a coupon if they are going to refuse it?

Its been a while since I had ordered anything or been in to a CW store. This week I got a sales catalog in the mail and on the back is a coupon that states: $25 Off any purchase, No minimum purcha...

jch, Understand there is a need to provide pers info behind the curtain. Please post whether CW was able to resolve your issue.
