I have noticed a large amount of dissatisfied customers of CW lately and notice in almost all of them a quick response from a team member asking the OP to send a pm so they can get the issue resolved....
It is all for show. My issue was resolved by my bank. CW said in an email they would send me a 30 dollar voucher for my trouble. That was nearly a month ago. Again all show. They seem to wait until the post gains momentum then jump in with " I will get my team right on it" this slows down the momentum.
The only thing that seems to work is their credit card machine to charge you. Then in processing.
My suggestion, stay away from ordering online from them.
