Good Sams replies

How many emails must I sent before I receive a response from Good Sam? I have questions about membership in the club as well as roadside assistance. I have emailed once a week for the past two weeks and no reply yet. Is their roadside service as prompt? Are they so large that a perspective little client isn't worthy of a response, or is their system that large that simple emails get lost?
Although with all the good reviews I've read, I have to have my doubts, and I'm not even a member yet.

    After reading of your 2 weeks worth of effort to unsuccessfully contact GS, this instantaneous reply from GS when you made your attempts public via this forum should be fair warning for all of us. After reading similar complaints and GS replies on this very forum, that is the reason I decided to sign on with CoachNet for our TT Roadside Assistance. Always do your research before investing your $$$ on needed services.

    I did this as well. It is the little things that speak loudly.

    Mind you - Roadside Assitance is mostly - Peace Of Mind Assurance. I pay a lot of money for that Peace Of Mind.

    I want to be assured if I need help, someone will be there.

    Problem is, I saw too many complaints, and even the simple things like their Roadside App has not been UPDATED since 2013 and does not currently work with many phones.

    I tried talking with GS but to no avail. When GS reps come here to 'help' it seems more like 'cleanup on aisle 7' than actually using this forum to IMPROVE their business.

    It was due to all of that that I have stopped all of their services.

    PS - If any issues are actually resolved and the cause rectified, it would be nice for the public to know just what efforts are being made. (but this has fallen on deaf ears before).
