You don't need a static IP with all WiFi cams.
I use two
CloudCams with a Verizon 4G connected hotspot. It was a piece of cake to set up.
Using an iPhone app, I can access my two cameras from anywhere.
BTW, data usage
only starts when you access the cameras -- they aren't constantly streaming data.
For temp and humidity data, I use a
LaCrosse Wireless Temp & Humidity Monitor.
