I did notice Chevy is now offering built in wifi on new cars and trucks

There are a number of local & regional wireless Internet providers that offer "unlimited" WiFi or "WiFi like" services and support Netflix etc.

I manage one of them and we tolerate Netflix but STRONGLY encourage users to set the streaming quality to medium or low to conserve bandwidth.
