Check the signal strength your phone is getting now before buying...

Wilson tech support informed me their systems need at least a -105 dB existing signal in order for it to help improve the signal. Note that a -101 dB is considered a stronger signal than -112 dB which for me often results in dropped calls and unfortunately the Wilson system can't help improve it.
