Besides, teenagers now days know NOTHING about computers but give them a cellphone and they will be able to unlock anything in the world with two finger gestures..
OP, your Firefox is using a lot of memory, about 100K more than mine and you have a SVHOST which is 110K, that is a lot of memory being used.
I still suspect you have a recent Windows update which was corrupted during the download.. If this started after say a Tuesday (which is when updates are typically released) then that is my prime suspect.
I had an issue with my PC after Tue this week with my PC (although I am running XP it may still apply to you). It took until yesterday before the update finally downloaded correctly. The problem though with Win7 is once an update has been downloaded in a corrupted form the update program never ever attempts to redownload it..
Try MANUALLY running Win7 updates and see if it shows any failed updates...
Otherwise you might wish to consider the usual fix things like antivirus, anti-malware, adware scans to see if there is an unwanted "guest"...
