Win10 upgrade for a dell inspiron 3520...new drivers?

I had two WIN 7 laptops and two WIN 8.1 laptops to upgrade to WIN 10 One WIN 7 went without a hitch but the other one always stopped at the same WIN 10 load point everytime. We had to refresh the WIN 7 OS which made us download all of the current WIN 7 updates which took a long time to get it to continue through the whole WIN10 process... Works great now...
