Window 10 desk top
Im really liking 10 and it fixed my sluggish laptop. I have always used one of my photos for a desk top picture but in 10 they are always stretched out. Cant figure out how to make the picture normal....

A last resort would be to edit the picture to the resolution of the desktop.
