Did the Win10 update. Used it for about 10 days and rolled back to 8.1. It's easy to do and there is no obligation (other than the 2.5GB of data to download) as long as you roll back within the 30 day limit. I found that Win10 slowed down surfing and had connectivity issues with WiFi but otherwise was "OK". It DOES NOT return you to the user friendly Win7 interface and I found I liked Win 8.1 easier to use then Win10. As always, YMMV, but I am going to stay with Win 8.1 for the near future.
thanks for this review, bill. i too am staying w/ 8.1 for the foreseeable future. it does all the basics well enough and i am generally familiar with it
