I started in the 1970's with homebrew build your own computers such as a SWTP 6800 development system. I program as well. Back then it was mostly assembly code. I still use DOS on some lab PC's but thats ending soon. Love XP or Win 7. Hate 8, 10 was an improvement but too much bling and more difficult to get to the inner workings to get it to do what I need. Win 10 is also massive spyware in my opinion.
