Sure. Read Microsofts EULA. They admit it rather clearly. If its all good to you then great. Some people don't mind one bit.
So does WIN 7 and WIN 8.1 where MS has apparently added user data tracking not too different from WIN 10. Reportedly, pushed through regular MS system updates. In fact, some tech sites are recommending uninstalling specific WIN 7/8.1 updates to purge these tracking capabilities from your system.
