Window 8 to Windows 7
As some have followed the dilemma - we tried to load the Windows 7 OS on this Windows 8 LT ... no luck, the W8 would not allow me to load the Wdw7 OS... So, do I have to wipe out the W8 first? IF ...

Try downloading Classic Shell, a free program that makes your 8 look like 7 if you want. Some of your choices may be limited on LT but I think it'll work fine. I use 8.1 and it lets you set it up so it boots right into the old classic screen so you don't have to use the tile version unless you want.
Problem: At least one problem - it keeps eating my data - all the updates. I turn off all I know about, but it still eats my data, and we're on hotspot ... don't mind paying if I use it, but to continuously eat my data for programs I don't use?? Well, p...ses me off.
AND,for some reason beyond my tech knowledge, it keeps converting my Word programs to something, and distorting the documents. Again I sent a doc yesterday, got there all crunched and distorted and unreadable. So - I know the shortfalls of it, but I'm so bummed at what W8 has done to my LT and work the past few months, I'd never accept it.
