But, for some reason, my incoming email files (Word) will not open. And, when I send files out, they 'corrupt' some how and become unreadable.
In fact, my saved Word Documents in my own folders changed to another newer kind of document - and after it changed it, I can't open it with Word, I have to use WordPad, then save it to a new doc file. Very weird ...
Once I get my stuff back on these two HD's ... I'll download an update for Office and see what happens - that's what the tech advised. This whole series of events has been very frustrating ...
