WINDOWS 10? ANYONE USE IT AND LIKE IT?

Is this gizmo going to be yet another Windows Vista and 8.1?

Seems like the choo-choo finally jumped the rails and is headed to the rubber-room-hotel.

Seems like to me an utter computer novice that there is a conspiracy afoot to make programs insanely complicated so they need an insanely complicated operating system. They do it to women with "fashion" and do it to men with "Don't work no more - you need to upgrade!" New operating system means new computer.

Grumble - Snivel - Whine

  • I am still on Win 7.
However, it is 32 bit and I need 64 bit.
Win 10 is an upgrade and your computer can be set up in dual boot mode meaning that you can then choose between starting up between Win 7 or Win 10.
Most reviews I have read have been quite positive with Win 10.

Nope, Windows 10 has put the train back on the rails.
It is excellent. I really like it.
  • I upgraded from 8.1 to 10 several weeks ago. I like it, but I also liked 8.1 and XP, also. I was somewhat concerned after I downloaded it and when I logged in the screen would flash on and off. Anyhow, I fixed it by disabling Windows Error Reporting Service. Looks like Win 10 is a keeper thus far.
  • I upgraded to Windows 10...Love it...easy to move from menu to menu...
    Windows 8.1 was a disaster...much better system
  • Upgraded for about a week on my laptop. Reverted to 7. 10 seemed OK, but on my laptop everything seemed blury and nothing I could figure would make it better.
