Windows 10 Desktop Start Menu Box

Question

Every time I touch the mouse on the new Windows 10 computer, the "Start Menu" BLACK BOX appears in the lower left hand corner (quarter) of the screen.. None of my other computers do this.. Is there a way to prevent this annoying box from appearing every time the mouse is touched?/

New computer needs to do all updates including optional ones.Then do disc cleanup including system files.

Make sure you don't have a stuck windows key too.
