One of the reasons that computers slow down is that there are too many programs running in the background. Consider using the task manager function to view what's operating.
Also - CC cleaner has the ability to identify/control the programs that load up when you start the computer - you might consider disabling some of those and see if that resolves your problem. This might take some experimentation to find the solution. It's likely some of your programs don't get along with each other. I find that Windows Defender and Malwarebyte is sufficient to protect my computer.
