After 3 hrs on the phone with the HP techs I got all my questions answered. I learned right clicking on E Edge(what is installed on windows 10) won't work to search the internet. Downloading explorer made it work. Chrome should would that way also. I also learned how to make RV.net a tile and how to move tiles. The one finger scroll took the longest to fix. I would only work with 2 fingers. The tech took may tries to fix this, after trying the stuff on control panel like I did, he updated, software the pad drivers, none of which work finally changed something in the internal systems and it now works.
