Hi,
My most expensive computer ever was a Mac laptop. Total cost was about 6 grand. Within two years it would no longer run the latest update from Apple in "real" mode which is what the software I wished to use required. I would have been a MUCH happier person without Mac.
Further, I can run legacy software from the 1980 era on my windows 10 laptop.

Some mac book pro units are a fire risk.
