some of my programs are older versions, and if I upgrade to Win10, I'll have to buy all new programs too, so the cost becomes more than "just upgrade" ...
Plus, everything I have works fine with Win7, and we have three PC's with Win7, so we'd then have variation. AND, I tried Win8 and it sucked, so will stay with Win7 as long as it works. Sounds like Win8.1 and Win10 are no better.
Based on what MS does every few years and with it's spy software installed in every PC, when Win7 no longer works it might send me to MAC. IF I have to learn a new OS, might as well. I've worked on both and if I need to buy a new PC in a few years when Win7 dies, I'll have a choice then.
