We have two desktops on Win10, so far no problems. But we kept our laptop on Win 8.1, because we use it mainly when camping, tethered to my Android phone for internet connection. I don't want updates coming when I'm camping and on my phone data plan. If Mickey-soft's updates for 8.1 try to install Win10 with it's forced updates and/or updates that send spyware data back to Msoft, I'll leave updates turned off completely and take my chances.
