- 2oldmanExplorer IIOoh. it just went from 60% to 57%. That's right, backwards.
I'm on my Chromebook now, never has these problems as there's no hard drive. - RoyBExplorer III'm running two computers here in my console... My good computer with all my personnal stuff on it and this ole beat up laptop just for Social media...
Nothing important on it here - can reload windows anytime if need be and not worry about losing anything...
My internet speed here is 100MB Dn and 5MB Up
We are under thunderstorm alert here so it may be closes and loser now...
Hope it doesn't suck up any of those Grass Hopers out West...
Roy Ken - RoyBExplorer IIMy computer slowed down as well after talking with you earlier... I ran MALWARE check and rebooted... It didn't give me indication it was downloading something... Looks pretty good now speed wise????
Think I am OK now??? - 2oldmanExplorer III have a very fast internet connection. It's been sitting at 27% for 20.. oh wait, it's rebooting....
I worked in computing in the 90s. anything that took this long would be updating millions of records.
I may be missing the smaller updates.. I'd sure prefer that to doing this sure-you-can-have-my-computer-all-day operation. I told it to do this last night but apparently it didn't hear me. - CA_TravelerExplorer IIIUnfortunately W10 updates are often very large. Hence a slow internet connection just compounds the delay and especially if the internet provider turns on the brakes. So it's kinda slow and slower and yours is really slow for whatever reason.
