WINEGARD Antenna Problem / Complaint

Thanks for the responses.
I do get 30 UHF stations , even Charlotte 3.1 3.2 ( I am between Greenville and Spartanburg ) .. there are 3 stations here that I should get (4 - 7 - 13 ) and their .1 .2 etc secondary channels.
I did talk to the tower engineer at channel 7 ( WSPA ) in Spartanburg, and he felt the problem was ion the antenna, and that I should easily get the signal.
I am at a loss on it, since I cannot get sensible answers or direction from Winegard. I guess it is their lack of customer service that really offends me. They did say that the UHF circuit is different than the VHF circuit ... and the VHF side may have gone bad.
That is pretty vague and does not impress me if THEY cannot say it has ever happened before.
