Anyone know anything. My HD dish won't communicate and can't get in touch. Not sure how to get parts to service these things.

I call and no answers and just says all operators busy. I leave a message and no return call. I would buy parts or even a new dish but not going to buy another if they leave us high and dry when we have issues.
