Winegard Customer service (not)

Has anyone been able to contact Winegard customer service recently?

I have always received a rapid response from them in the past, but they have not responded to several emails and voice messages in the last 8 days. I am having issues with my third replacement Rayzar and I'm beginning to get the idea that they simply don't care any more.
  • Yes, I've been corresponding with them the last few days about my Travel'r. Very responsive and have solved my problem.

    IT may be that whomever is assigned to you is on vacation, I have had that happen with a Workhorse Authorized Service center.. The Technician assigned to me was on vacation.. This was not a problem however as he returned before I needed the RV again and it only took him 2 days to do the warranty job. and most of that was waiting for part.
