Winegard customer rsupport

Thanks. I was really trying to find out how to get a hold of winegard and why they don't answer the phone. My dish is a winegard trav'ler sk-3005. I know they obsolete for the smw but I still have an old style box I take in the rv. The issue I have is no communcations when I start my box to initialize the dish. It started out intermittent and could cycle power a few times and get it to start. Now it is dead and won't communicate. Sometimes it would start and then say no communications and the dish would still go through paces and align.
