Winegard customer rsupport
Anyone know anything. My HD dish won't communicate and can't get in touch. Not sure how to get parts to service these things.

I know they obsolete for the smw but I still have an old style box I take in the rv. The issue I have is no communcations when I start my box to initialize the dish. It started out intermittent and could cycle power a few times and get it to start. Now it is dead and won't communicate. Sometimes it would start and then say no communications and the dish would still go through paces and align.
I have found that Email to Winegard support is very quick. Doug
