Winegard customer rsupport
Anyone know anything. My HD dish won't communicate and can't get in touch. Not sure how to get parts to service these things.

directv. The communication issue is alignment box to satellite motors. It isn't related to dish alignment or signal quality.They say to unpug the cable and connect but I've done it many times. I tried to buy a replacement cable but received an extension cable so plug ends didn't match. Can't really find a replacement cable for these anywhere.
