Winegard customer rsupport
Anyone know anything. My HD dish won't communicate and can't get in touch. Not sure how to get parts to service these things.

He can't even work on them. He says he will keep a loner on hand because of that. He also told us that our old dish would no longer work within the next year because DISH and DirecTV were changing their satellites. No more software updates for the old domes like TracStar like we had. Our technician is in Houston TX. Sats2Go if anyone is in the area, he is the RV satellite "guru". Excellent work and reasonable prices.
Seems like a waste of labor to not sell cables and the electronic board under the dish.
