Anyone know anything. My HD dish won't communicate and can't get in touch. Not sure how to get parts to service these things.

I did send email and they responded so I guess that is the trick. I'm going to try the dielectric grease as one last shot before my trip to see if it will move. If not I need to send my entire assembly back so they can unscrew the pcb and install a new one.
