Winegard Movin View: How to change sat settings under dome?

My new rig has an old Movin View which has circular clock-like settings for the sats. It is currently set to 119 and I have DTV so need 101. Can I do this from the screen setup or under the dome? ...

Move the dials so the left is pointing at 1, the center pointing at 0 and the right pointing at 1. 101 just like it now reads 119. Be sure the power if off while you make the change and when you power it back up it will be looking for 101.
