Winegard Wingman UHF Booster and Sensar Pro

I purchased the Winegard Wingman UHF Booster (little add on wing) and the Winegard Sensar Pro for my 2011 5th.

I ran some basic tests with the Sensar Pro installed and got base numbers. Then added the Booster, got new numbers and then started playing with the "gain" adjustment on the Sensar.

However, what I don't know is what would be the standard gain on the Winegard powered wall plate I removed. Can't really make a comparison without an idea of that rating.

In this case, google was not my friend. Cannot find info.

Anybody know?

  • I don't know what your waiting for?

The only thing that really counts is if you start finding more channels where you are located now, and when you camp at different sites you used in the past.

Just start using the new setup and you should start seeing improvement. Make sure all coaxial cable connections are clean and tight. Since you will be on the roof it is imperative that you disconnect the coaxial cable on the antenna-head and clean and reattach it. That is the one that gets dirty easiest and can loosen from wind and travel vibrations.
