winegaurd travlr

noob here
I just got a winegaurd travlr and I am wondering if there's ladder mount for it. iv'e tried calling winegaurd and like always I can't get through to them ugh.

    i'll be sending it back then since I can't find a ladder mount and it is heavy. it does get good reviews and it supports dvr features and or two t.v's as far as programming from two different satellites
