Wingard X1 or Tailgater
I am looking at either the Winegard X1 or the Dish Tailgater. I know the X1 is limited to the western us. But what about the Tailgater? We live and travel mainly in the west.

The X1 and G2 would be nearly identical in performance but the G2 will work with DirecTV or Dish and with less receiver restrictions but requires a separate 12V power source. Neither the G2 or X1 will get as good a signal as an X2 (or an Anser for DirecTV).
in looking at these, it appears that the X1/X2 as you say are only for the Dish network, but it also appears that the G2 only does SD TV and not HD. Which one of them will the Direct TV in HD, or am I missing something
