Can anyone out there recommend a word processing app for iPads? Free or otherwise. Thanks. trb46

You could use Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive. Both are free and both can create and edit docs, spreadsheets and presentations. All accessible via your browser.
The nice thing about using these on-line apps is that you can also access your files from any other device with a browser such as a PC, Mac, iPhone, etc... with no need to transfer files back and forth.
