Yahoo Mail problem

I have used Yahoo email for years with no problems untill now.
The mail list will not open on my Yahoo home page.
I have to click on the "go to Yahoo mail" while the little square icon just keeps turning.
after clicking on the "go to",a new window opens with all of the messages listed.

Clicking on the message subject brings up the message.
I can live with the routine up to this point...but,when I go to reply to sender or forward,nothing happens!

The freaky part is,the reply and forward buttons may work,or not,the next time I try.

The list of emails on the home page has not fully opened in weeks.

Any ideas from the resident experts???

    Ours Yahoo mail is working fine. Have you tried using a different browser (chrome, firefox, IE)? I would also zap all the cookies and temp files.

    Just tried...deleted temp files and cookies.Had already tried using Chrome to get to the email...No luck there either.
    Any more ideas,anyone

    Well only the painful experience of contacting yahoo email support. When I google lot of info. pops up. Not sure what country will answer your call!

    My suggestion is to try the On Line chat first. Often these matters can be cleared up in a matter of moments. Have you tried switching to "basic" yahoo mail? I had to switch to the basic version because I kept getting spam messages that could only be deleted after opening them and I would quit the account rather than open those spam messages in order to delete them or to declare them spam.

    Yahoo mail is bad and getting worse with every version. Don't get too dependent on it, IMO.

    Not true mine has worked fine for 5 years

    After over 10 years using Yahoo mail,it would be a real PITA to switch to anything else.So many others have only Yahoo as a way to contact me.
    It seems to be working "OK" for now,after switching to "basic" and back to whatever it's called now.

    I have found they have excellent technical support. Try contacting them.
