No, replies do not send the attached files. You have to forward the email to have the attached file follow along.

Now, if the pic is in the email body itself, that should follow along in a reply.. But that's with email like Outlook.. Not sure on yahoo??

I did a Google search with "is forwarding email attachments the norm" and found a lot of info on this since I had often wondered why it seems sometimes attachments are forwarded and sometimes not. Here is one of the links I found helpful.

Generally it seems attachments are usually forwarded but can fail to be forwarded because of their size or because antivirus software can delete them since attachments can often contain viruses. And it can vary by what one uses to access their email.

Whoops, I missed that you were replying and not forwarding. Answer above by previous poster is correct I believe because it makes no sense to send the attachment with a reply since it came from who you are replying to.
