Millenicom just uses a USB plug-in chip like those used to communicate with your wireless mouse/keyboard. You plug it in. Millenicom will tell you what settings to use for email, etc. Not difficult at all.
It will cost you about $165.00 to get started. There is a chip to purchase, setup fee of $99.00 (IIRC) and shipping of $15.00. If you are going to use more than 1 pc you will need to plug the chip into a router to gain additional access. Just requires the chip port.
