If you sign up for the 20 gig plan, you will also be buying the MiFi from Millenicom at the same time.
You will set up an automatic transfer of funds ($69.99) from your bank account that will occur on the first of every month.
They will ship the MiFi to you and after you give it a good charge you are all set. Turn it on and you will see it search for the Verizon network and get connected. It will have an SSID and a password on a sticker on the back. Just set up your computer and/or printer to use that SSID as the choice for a home wireless network and type in the password when required. That's it. Internet should then be available. You do not need to repeat those steps again. I plug my MiFi in to charge and just leave it.
AND if you get a Sleek you can plug in the MiFi to the Sleek using a cable that has a micro connector on one end and a mini connector on the other ! Easy to keep it charged in the truck that way.
I have been using the MiFi as my full time internet provider at home for several months now as well as in my truck and 5th wheel when I travel and camp. It performs great. No difference at home between using my previous cable provider for internet service and the MiFi now.
