Yes, I have my Verizon government employee "discount" and have for years, but still will go for the best bang for the buck and that is Millenicom.

I have been with them almost 4 years now . They are great . Lots of users out there will give you great reviews . Not a lot of negatives about them out there . Up to you but it is not too good to be true.
