If a rough count is acceptable you can use a small program called Networx. It loads when the PC starts up and counts every byte inbound/outbount that goes thru the PC com port. It accumulates and can be viewed by day/hour/month, etc and does a pretty good job.
We are using it as we keep going over and now that we switched to the 16GB plan it cost $15.00 for each GB overage. Was $10.00 on the 10 GB plan.
