I believe there's been reports of the death wobble with the Equinox and it's electronic power steering system? May want to do some searches to confirm?
The death wobble occurs under very specific conditions with the fuse pulled that disables the electric steering assist. A bungie cord on the steering wheel resolves the issue. Towed the Equinox 6000 miles this year and didn't get the wobble once.
