23 minute dump time?

It is RV "common courtesy" at the dump station when there is a line that you get in dump and get out and/or move up so the next person in line can use the station. It really is that simple. Taking 23 minutes to dump and do whatever else that person was doing IS too long period.
Not if you do it right. Takes me longer than that EVERY time. Takes you that long too, IF you actually wash out your tank. Time yourself next time. 25 min is nothing.
BTW. One of the CGs we frequent has the dump station on the way out. Often they block the road when dumping. A couple drove by us as we were pulling out of our site, and stopped and dumped a Blue sewer tote. Took them 15 to 20 min to dump and rinse the tote. DW and I didn't get burned about it. We just sat and waited. Had I left 5 min earlier, I wouldn't have had to wait. So it was my fault, not theirs.
