23 minute dump time?

I don't think it should matter how long they take.
I avoid dump stations on a Sunday morning because I'd rather not wait behind 4 guys taking 10 minutes each, with that 23 minute guy thrown in. Just because I'm retired and I have the time, that doesn't change my desire to get something done and get on the road. That said, I don't leave at 8am either, it's more like 9, when it's more likely not to be busy.
When you go to the grocery store I'm pretty sure you try to find the shortest line with the fewest groceries. I won't stand in line behind 8 others at a Starbucks either.
