It's almost like I need just a simple dictionary of abbreviation so I can look them up and find out what they mean. I looked up dually in the dictionary and it didn't say anything about truck with dual wheels on the back. So a plain old dictionary just won't help.
They can change. TV is tow vehicle in the truck forum, and television in the tech forum.
