We arent going to have stuff registered in a bunch of state. The state we'll have to pay income tax too and have a mailbox in and get insurance in is the state that once we pull away, we'll never come back. And as soon as we find a home where ever that may be, we will register everything there, but there's no way to do that when I dont know what state that will be in. It's narrowed down to 3, but it all depends on how long it takes to find a house we want, and from past experience, that's not a quick thing. Again, I guess I'm just not sure how I can legally have an LLC and then have someone else come after me. Like I said, we're Newbies and just learning the ropes. Just for the record, tax evasion is illegal, tax avoidance is not. It's also not the only reason for the LLC.
