DW teases me when I am reading this forum. She calls it senior twitter. After reading this thread it is obvious she is wrong.

25-bought first pop up tent trailer for $1 - turned it into a flatbed
two weeks later- bought second pop up tent trailer
26-sold pop up trailer and bought run down hard side travel trailer
27-sold run down hard side travel trailer and bought nice new-to-us hard side travel trailer.

As a kid, I stayed in several trailers with extended family as my parents weren't big campers. I always though it would be neat to have a camping trailer, but I never thought I would be able to do it. Now I've had 4 trailers :) and I'm only 28! Our 1 year old daughter already has over 14 nights of camping under her belt.

Paid cash for used pop-up at age 42 for 3 months of camping, retired at age 58 in the previous decade, bought used 5ver for cash, now looking for smaller 5ver.

I had always tent camped as a kid, when I was about 12 my old man picked up a Jayco pop-up trailer and used it until we were in our teens then we stopped camping for a bit. We tent camped next to his 32' Class C and one night it dropped down to about 15 degress. My new wife had enough of that stuff and crawled into my parents Class C and never wanted to tent camp again haha.

At 25 I purchased my first travel trailer, sold that and at 27 purchased the truck camper and looking to convert back into a travel trailer for the space.

Because I had camped in my grandparents TT as a kid, I knew that I wanted to camp in a TT of some sort. So at 26 with 2 dogs and the possibility of future kids, we got a hybrid TT. Loved it, but we outgrew it fast, especially once we had a kid! At age 32 we bought the TT in my signature, which we hope to have for at least 10 years.

After many years tent camping, we bought a Palomino Mustang pop up 10 years ago. I was 30 at the time. 2 years ago, after saving our Pennies, we purchased the brand new TT in my sig. I miss the pop up at times, but would never go back to one. We sure had some great times in it though!

Both my wife and I were 25 when we bought our new 27' Wildwood in 2006. Sold it last year and bought our TT in my signature.

Used my dads old popup some before going into the military in 71, but purchased our first brand new popup Cox camper in 1975 shortly before I turned 25 yrs of age

We bought our popup when we were 22 then upgraded to a TT at 23.
